We used Cool Springs Relocation (CSR) when another very unprofessional mover quit on us in the middle of moving my 84 year old mother into an independent living facility. CSR could not have been more of a GODSEND to jump right in and finish the move! They are so incredibly kind, responsible, easy to communicate with, professional, efficient, pleasant and AMAZING. They were so great with my mom’s move that we booked them again to move our son and his belongings into his new place post-college. If we ever have need to move anyone again, we will use CSR!! Joshua and his team were absolutely top notch. He arrived, on time and in a shirt and tie for our quote. He and his team showed up to do our packing and move – they worked tirelessly all day for 3 days. All his staff were extremely professional – they’re all background checked and experts in the industry. They packed and moved our house with great care. I was shocked to see how much detail goes into making sure things are properly cared for. I didn’t realize how bad our previous movers were until we used Cool Springs Relocation. Our previous movers did not properly wrap and protect our furniture, and, as a result we found several pieces of damage furniture. Cool Springs may not be the cheapest, but they take extra time to protect your furniture making it well worth the price( you get what you pay for). – by. GaryB

Cool Spring Relocation is a locally owned moving company founded by Joshua Smith. He relocated to Franklin, Tennessee in 2014. He has 24 years of experience in the relocation industry. Josh earned his Business degree from the University of Montevallo. Before founding Cool Springs Relocation he served as an executive for the mega van-lines. From the Operations department to General Manager of some of the largest moving companies in the world. After fourteen years he noticed a niche for quality movers and service. He moved to Franklin, Tennessee and started Cool Spring Relocation in Brentwood, Tennessee do start a company to be what he strives to be the best moving company in Middle Tennessee.
